Global pioneer and leaders

Hertoghe
a global leader in hormonal medicine
and a pioneer of Longevity Medicine
Dr. Thierry Hertog is one of the most influential figures in modern hormonal and preventive medicine. President of WOSAAM, founder of the Brussels School of Hormone Therapy, author of international Age Management standards used in more than 90 countries.
Together with Yevhen Shagov, he participated in the creation of the Brussels Consultative Protocol, which since 2022 has become the methodological basis for the implementation of Age Management in Ukraine.
His participation in the AM Summit 2025 confirmed: Ukraine is a full partner in the global Longevity Medicine ecosystem.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Vice-Rector of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine.
Under his scientific and methodological leadership, the state first integrated the principles of preventive medicine into the official system of medical education.
The launch of the first state course in preventive medicine marked a turning point for the Ukrainian model of medical training.

It was his management decisions that created a modern learning environment, where the principles of Age Management, burnout prevention, and evidence-based medicine became an integral part of the training of interns and young doctors.

Thanks to his support, the first state educational programs in preventive medicine and prevention of professional burnout were launched.
Hundreds of interns have already completed these courses, laying the foundation for a future culture of longevity in Ukrainian medicine.
